Job Description

An Appointment Coordinator  fields calls and online inquiries from interested auto buyers. The representative's objective is to engage each potential client by answering their questions and setting them up for an appointment with our sales team.

Skills and Qualifications

-The ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills (in person, on the phone, and online), some customers service experience, and the ability to absorb knowledge of the automotive industry.
-You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. For certain tasks you will be given ample structure; other tasks will require you to provide your own initiative and organization.
-Previous sales experience and automotive knowledge is not required. Tech savvy is ideal, but training will be provided regardless!
-You must be open to learning new things and be flexible in terms of the type of work performed.
-You must be able to pass a drug test.
-You must have flexible hours.

So, you want to sell automobiles that are known for their quality, reliability, and beauty?  You've come to the right place.  We're looking for sales professionals to sell cars in our Car Sales division.  If you believe being a Sales Consultant is a true craft-one built on charisma, communication and thorough product knowledge (we'll happily teach you everything you need to know)-we want to talk to you!


Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Maintain strong knowledge base of all vehicle makes and models
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
Work with Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met


Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Superior communication and customer service skills
Excellent follow-through skills
Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
Familiarity with automotive financing
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude

Job Requirements:

* High School/Tech School Diploma or GED
* Skilled/Certified in two or more automotive specialties
* 2+ years of repair experience
