Test drive the all new 2023 Subaru Impreza at our car dealership in Staten Island, NY today.

The 2023 Subaru Impreza is available in four trim levels, and three of them can be bought as either a sedan or a hatchback. That’s a decent amount of choice for a vehicle that has been popular with motorists around the world since the early nineties. In this guide, we’ll review the standout features of each Subaru Impreza trim to help you understand the best purchase for your needs.

Base

The base model comes with the same 152-hp four-cylinder engine that’s offered on all the higher trim levels. All-wheel drive comes as standard with all trims too. So, if you’re not too fussed about interior features, the base model is likely to be the most cost-effective purchase for you.

Some nifty features come with this entry-level trim. You can make use of heated front seats during those cold winter nights, while adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and lane-keeping assist are among the most useful safety features.

Premium

If you level up to the Premium trim, you’ll be able to benefit from more useful features such as fog lights, heated side mirrors, windshield wiper de-icers, and a sound-insulated windshield. The audio system boosts from four speakers to six when you make this upgrade, and the 6.5-inch infotainment also includes extra features.

The 16-inch black aluminum wheels are a nice addition to this trim. You’ll have the option to pay for some additional extras on the Premium trim, too. These include a 6-way power driver’s seat, keyless access, a blind-spot monitor, a power moonroof, and rear cross-traffic detection.

Sport

The Sport trim combines larger 18-inch alloy wheels with a spoiler and sport suspension. Its Active Torque Vectoring allows for better handling.

The interior upgrades include an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and aluminum pedals. The optional extras available with the Premium trim are also available here. You can upgrade to an optional Harman Kardon premium audio system if you prefer.

Limited

While the previous three trims are available as a sedan or hatchback, the Limited trim is available as a 5-door hatchback only.

All-season tires, steering-responsive LED headlights, chrome door handles, keyless access, rear cross-traffic detection, automatic climate control, and reverse automatic braking are all available as standard with this trim. The upgraded leather upholstery is a nice touch, as well.

We hope this guide has made it easier to understand the various features available with each trim level of this Subaru Impreza.
